John Spencer, ‘West Wing’ actor dies at 58
I am very saddened to learn that “West Wing” actor John Spencer has died at only 58. According to the CNN article, CNN.com - ‘West Wing’ actor dies at 58 - Dec 16, 2005, Mr. Spencer suffered a heart attack in a sad parallel to the TV heart attack his character, “Leo McGarry,” suffered last season on the show. I love “The West Wing,” not only because it shows an America without President Bush, but because I love the acting and writing. Mr. Spencer’s portrayal of “Leo” was one of the aspects I enjoyed the most. God rest his soul.
