A Promise to Jerry Jones
More and more I am reading about how Terrel Owens will be signed by Dallas in the offseason, now that Philly has finally had enough of the Biggest Jerk in the NFL (outside of Daniel Snyder). If this comes to pass, I swear here and now that for the duration of His Jerkness’ tenure as a Cowboys player, I will suspend my 20+ year devotion to the Cowboys and be a Fan with No Team. I will wear no Cowboys garb and not root for them. I swallowed the Deion Kool-Aid in the mid-90s. (Check out good, old Deion defending T.O. and Michael Irvin, too.) I’m not doing it again.
